EC Aware is a 100% volunteer‑driven 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting people affected by esophageal cancer and increasing public awareness of esophageal health. The organization focuses on education, early detection, risk‑factor awareness, and community connection. EC Aware partners with leading cancer organizations to provide reliable patient information, fosters a strong survivor and caregiver community, and offers multiple ways for supporters to get involved through volunteering and fundraising. Their mission emphasizes ensuring that no one faces esophageal cancer alone.
