Angel Flight West

Angel Flight West (AFW) is a charitable aviation nonprofit that has provided more than 90,000 donated flights over 40+ years to help people access essential medical care. Its network of volunteer pilots transports passengers to and from medical appointments at no cost, reducing travel barriers for those facing serious illness, financial hardship, or geographic isolation. AFW also supports humanitarian missions including domestic violence escape, disaster relief, veteran therapeutic programs, and children's specialty camps. Ground volunteers (Earth Angels) provide free transportation between airports and medical facilities. AFW serves the Western United States, ensuring that individuals can reach lifesaving care regardless of income or location.
